November 1st, 2021 — I thought I killed the cultures or that there was something wrong with the substrate, but the jars have finally started colonising, and we've got contam.
October 19th, 2021 — I found a guy selling oyster mushroom buckets at the farmer's market and made some chips from the harvest.
October 12th, 2021 — The first tub has been moved to the fruiting chamber and it's looking good!
October 10th, 2021 — Sadly, after two weeks, the mycelium in the glass jars haven't done anything.
October 9th, 2021 — Will this work? I don't know, we shall see!
